Gardener Groundsman Required

Bexhill Gardening Ltd are looking for a full time gardener / groundsman to join our friendly team. You will be required to cover all aspects of garden maintenance and landscaping which includes using appropriate machinery such as mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers and many other items of garden machinery etc. Experience is preferred and training can be provided where necessary. Must have driving licence to drive company vans when required.
Good rate of pay plus extras.

Key Responsibilities • Perform routine garden maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting. • Assist with landscape design and installation projects. • Ensure all gardens are kept tidy, healthy, and visually appealing. • Identify and treat pests, diseases, and other garden issues. • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences. • Work collaboratively with the Bexhill Gardening team to achieve project goals.
