Estate Management
As a team we specialise in managing and maintaining large high value gardens and properties that include walled gardens and formal area’s with swimming pools, ponds and tennis courts through to parkland and woodlands. You will have a dedicated Estate Manager to oversee and work with our team of gardeners and groundskeepers that are qualified, trained and have vast experience that have built up since the company started in 1997 looking after a historic 300 acre moated property. Your estate manager can also handle all aspects of managing the whole estate or property dealing with all staff and sub contractors through our extensive network for your complete piece of mind.

Housing Estates
Do you manage a private housing estate, block of flats or own multiple properties the team can take care of all the outside spaces whether its just lawns and flower beds to a full all encompassing maintenance service. Gardeners & Groundsman
Lloyd and his team of skilled gardeners and groundman pride themselves in everything we undertake. They really enjoy what they do and there passion shows in the high quality of service. Always smart and uniformed the team work to your exact agreed requirements onsite be it weekly, monthly or even allocated staff based permanently onsite.
Discretion & Privacy
Absolute discretion and confidentiality is instilled in all our staff that are DBS checked and NDA’s in place as we work on some high value residential properties for HNWI’s. Trust is very important from both sides with clear communication at all times.
Estate Management / Managers
Our Estate Managers handle the operations of the exterior of multiple residences, including the coordination of expansive grounds maintenance and all the amenities, buildings and staff. We can manage on your behalf a large amount of managerial oversight as well as the need to be hands on. We become a trusted right hand and work with you in managing your entire estate.
Parkland & Machinery
We can maintain any size parkland or estate to whatever level you wish and have one of the largest stocks of machinery for almost any task. Our team can also use your site machinery if that is more suitable or we can use ours in conjunction to get the jobs conducted in a more timely manner. For regular clients we have equipment packages available and can supply all the machinery required and base it all onsite for efficiency. This saves you time and great expense in purchasing and maintaining such equipment, leave it all to us.
